💭𝑀𝑦 𝑇ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑠:
This book. This. BOOK. What.
I just have no words. This is the second book in the agggtm trilogy, and so far it is my favorite! It builds on the events of the first book, while following a completely new plot line. The characters in this book are what stood out to me most though. Throughout the first book, we see the main character Pippa going through what the murder mystery and her obsession with it does to her, and this book also follows on that and elaborates on it even more! We built this close connection to Pip in the first book, and this book grows our feelings for her even more, along with other characters! We grow closer to many characters, like Ravi, throughout the plot and I think that’s what I loved the most. The characters the plot followed were so deep, in that, we got to see their backstory and what made them human, which I think allowed for a deeper connection to be felt by the readers. I can’t express enough how much love I have for all of the characters in this book, even the people the murder mystery follows are so deep and real and made the story ten times more accessible and engaging for the readers. I’m invested in not only Pip but Ravi’s life now, their relationship is honestly one of my favorites out of any book I’ve read. They’re so wholesome and so authentic and I just love them so much. I’m so excited to see where the third book takes us with these amazing characters and phenomenal plot lines.
